About This Journey
A four-country run across central Europe, from Bavaria through Austria and Hungary to Czechia. The route pairs the big imperial capitals with a Salzburg stop for the baroque old town and the Alpine setting.
Each city gets a guided touring day and an evening, with the coach legs kept short enough that no day is lost entirely to travel. This is a fixed departure with set dates and four-star hotels throughout.

Munich arrival
Arrive in Munich and transfer to your hotel, with the evening free around the old town.

Guided tour of Munich covering the Marienplatz and its glockenspiel, the royal residence quarter, and the city gates and markets.
Munich to Salzburg
Travel into Austria to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart, with its UNESCO-listed baroque old town below the Hohensalzburg fortress.
Salzburg to Vienna
Continue east through the Austrian countryside to Vienna and check in, with the evening free in the centre.
Vienna
Guided tour taking in Schonbrunn Palace and its gardens, the Ringstrasse, the State Opera, and St Stephen's Cathedral, with a coffee house afternoon.
Vienna to Budapest
Travel down the Danube to Budapest and check in, with the evening free along the illuminated riverfront.
Budapest
Guided tour across both halves of the city covering Buda Castle hill, the Fishermen's Bastion, Matthias Church, and the Parliament facade, with time for the thermal baths.
Budapest to Prague
Travel north into Czechia to Prague, arriving for check-in and an evening in the Old Town.
Prague
Guided tour of Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral, across the Charles Bridge, and into the Old Town Square for the astronomical clock and the Jewish quarter.
Prague departure
Breakfast and checkout, then a transfer to the airport for your homebound flight.
