Start your morning with a delightful breakfast in the homestay with stunning views of the mountains. Today, embark on a food journey exploring Kumaoni cuisine, the local cuisine of the Kumaon region. First, head to the local market to learn about the ingredients of Kumaoni cuisine, local sweetmeats, and the famous Namkeenwala of Bara Baazar. Later, return to the homestay and learn about the cooking process and the history of this cuisine. Savor a delightful Kumaoni thali for dinner, accompanied by engaging conversation with the homestay host. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Nainital

Start your day early with a bird-watching trail, ending with a breakfast picnic showcasing the stunning Himalayas. Head back to the homestay for lunch at the in-house café and relax. The rest of the day is at leisure. In the evening, be introduced to Awadhi cuisine through the host’s family recipes passed down through four generations in Uttarakhand.
